Anonymous information
You can visit our websites also without telling us who you are. On the websites which serve for pure information no customer information is collected. However, we always strive to improve our website. Therefore, we collect anonymized information about the use of our website; for example, the number of page views, the geographical origin and the duration of the stay are evaluated for statistical purposes. Conclusions on a specific user can not be drawn.

Purpose of processing
By registering on our website you have expressed an interest in our BIMQ tool. Your personal data provided in this context will be needed to contact you.
Furthermore, your data is required for a possible contract with us. However, you are not required to provide your personal information. But then, we will not be able to make an offer or an invoice without your address. Also, the processing of your data is for the purposes of the contract fulfilment. If you send us an inquiry by e-mail or via a contact form before the conclusion of the contract, we will process the data received in this way for the purpose of performing pre-contractual measures and will respond to your questions about our products.

Storage time
We use and store your personal information for the duration of the business relationship. This includes the initiation and execution of a contract. We retain the required data under commercial and tax law for the periods specified by law, that is usually ten years (see Clause 257 of German Commercial Law, Clause 147 of Regulation of Taxation). The data processed for the implementation of pre-contractual measures will be deleted as soon as the measures have been carried out and no obvious conclusion is reached.
Data Subject Rights
If personal data is processed by you, then you are affected and you have the following rights from the GDPR at your disposal:
1 Right to gain access to stored personal data-Article16GDPR
With the right to gain access to the stored personal data, the data subject receives a comprehensive insight into the data about him/her and some other important criteria such as the processing purposes or the duration of the storage. The exceptions to this right mentioned in Clause 34 of German Data Protection Law apply.
2 Right to rectification-Article16 GDPR
The right to rectification includes the possibility for the data subject to have his own inaccurate personal data corrected.
3 Right to be forgotten -Article 17GDPR
The right to be forgotten includes the possibility for the data subject to have his data deleted by a controller. However, this is only possible if the personal data are no longer necessary, are processed unlawfully or a consent has been revoked. The exceptions to this right mentioned in Clause 35 of German Data Protection.
4 Right to restriction of processing -Article 18 GDPR
The right to restriction of processing includes the possibility for the data subject to prevent further processing of his personal data for the time being. But, a limitation occurs in the examination phase of other rights perceived by the data subject.
5 Right to data portability -Article 20 GDPR
The right to data portability includes the ability of the data subject to obtain the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to which the personal data have been provided. Pursuant to Article 20 (3) Clause 2 GDPR, this right is not available if data processing serves the purpose of performing public duties.
6 Right to object -Article 21 GDPR
The right to object includes the possibility for the data subject to object in a particular situation to the further processing of his personal data. Then, the controller no longer processes his/her personal data.
